Computer BUS: When the name bus comes with computing it means media through which data pass. Buses ate of different types like wires or lines on the motherboard. Bus is basically a circuit that connects one part of the motherboard to another. the more bandwidth bus has the more faster PC works. The speed is measured in "Hz".
Hz : "Hertz" is the unit of frequency defined by the
international unit systems. It is described as the numbers of cycle per/sec.
(symbol Hz).
Computing: In computing Hz is used to measure no of process done per second or o’s / 1’s processed per second. It works with the clock speed of the PC, for home computers it starts from 1 MHz and can reach up to 6 GHz in IBM powerful processors. CPU and North-bridge works in HZ range.

For example: An Intel Core i7 3630QM, processes 113,093 MIPS at “2.4 GHz” MIPS (million instructions per second)

System clock: An electronic device in a computer that issues a steady high-frequency signal that synchronizes all the internal components. The system clock determines how fast the computer can process information. It is measured in operations per second.
In conclusion: These three components (system clock, Hz range, and computer bus) have different specifications but work together to maintain the speed of the PC.
